Cambiamento LLC Recognizes Community Educators With an MVP Sponsorship
It is not change itself, but rather how we prepare for, adapt to, and activate change, that determines our ability to grow and make a positive impact on the world around us.
My career, my passion, is helping individuals and organizations plan for desired change or respond to changes beyond their control in a way that helps them meet strategic goals. Vision, strategy, collaboration, a deep sense of purpose, and support are all integral drivers of successful change.
As a strategy and change management consultant I have a deep respect and appreciation for the approach the teachers, staff, administration, and board at Saratoga Independent School have taken to navigate the unrelenting changes associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
From the rapid deployment of virtual technologies to the innovative build of partitions during a plexiglass shortage, to the leverage of outdoor spaces; they used their resolve, innovation, and authentic compassion to find creative solutions aimed at keeping students safe while they continue their educational journey. Their creativity showed no bounds. Hula-hoops and “magic carpets” were used to maintain a safe distance while building joy and curiosity as opposed to fear. Somehow, one of the most historic changes of our time, in one of the most critical spaces, was navigated while still maintaining the foundational culture and experience of the school.
As a parent, I am filled with gratitude. As a business owner who specializes in change and strategy, I am awestruck and exceedingly proud to be in the presence of such a team. It is an honor and a privilege to acknowledge their agility and resolve with an MVP sponsorship to Big Night Out!
