Investing in our collective futures

We have all heard the expression, “The only constant in life is change.”

The work I do as a change management consultant allows me to see the value of leveraging, adapting to, and knowing when to activate change. Being successful in these endeavors requires one to think critically about the rapidly evolving world around them. Critical thinking helps us question assumptions, work collaboratively, and solve problems by looking at them from myriad vantage points.

Critical thinking, along with teamwork, mutual respect, and articulate expression, are all key components of the mission of Saratoga Independent School; a mission I am proud to support.

As a parent, I am filled with deep appreciation for the founding vision, hard work, and support that enabled SIS to open its doors more than 30 years ago. I am humbled daily by the exceptional teachers and staff who cultivate my children’s love of learning, helping them navigate new experiences in a way that builds their confidence and inquisitiveness. I am in awe of their ability to create community within the classroom and beyond.

As a business owner, I see the unique challenges organizations face and the increased need for adaptability. I applaud the mission of SIS and the extraordinary faculty and staff who drive that mission forward. It is an honor and a privilege to acknowledge them with the Great Room sponsorship of Big Night Out!
